They are an upgrade from the old factory ones with bulbs that came with the assembly. I plan on upgrading to LED low beams that were purchased a few days ago. I'm awating the arrival of these:

My truck came stock with the towing package which, for an SLT Yukon, is the z71 rear spring. I currently have a non-z71 spring and a set of third row seats. I like the way it rides...firm yet smooth.
Here are a few pics of the new stance since I went with non z-71 moog rear shocks. I also finally got some time over Christmas break to install the lower valence for the bumper and headlights that have been sitting in the garage for a year.
My installers always use Llumar brand. I've always done 15% on front two windows since that matches up very close to factory rear tint. I've done 35% and 50% on the windshield and liked them both. Darker is better for me, but 50% will obviously not be as much of a cop magnet. I've only been...
First off, what year is your truck?
Here's a thread I found with a quick search: http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/tires.32074/#post-375741
If you have an 00-06 body style, I'd say 285 is a good looking width without going ridiculously wide. Keep in mind that more width = more weight =...
I finally got around to replacing the stock sub. Got a pioneer 8" shallow-mount and it sounds great...when it isn't skipping. I had to have a new amp installed since the Bose system was bypassed with the new head unit, so I'm hoping that's not the source of the problem. Back to the shop in...
It was rough with the lowering kit. LOVE how it rides now with MOOG 81071 and Bilstein 4600 shocks. Rear now sits at 36-3/4 which is just a tad higher than I'd like, but I'm hoping it'll settle a bit over the next 500 miles.
Since you know how rough the NYC roads are, I'd recommend staying as close to stock as possible. Lowering it would likely be harsh. I rode on the 2" front spindle drop and the 3-4 belltech rear drop spring for almost a year, and I finally went back to stock MOOG parts. Lowered looks great on...
To be fair, I had turned the torsion bars up with the lowering spindles to make it look better. There was too much rake without turning it up.
**EDIT: Also keep in mind my wheel size and A/T treads. Like I said in an earlier post, if I had 22s or 24s then it would've been fine to keep the...
