So I am in the process of replacing the fuel pump in my xl Denali. I refuse to drop the tank especially given the fact I filled it up the day the pump died and GM's decision to not put an access panel to change the fuel pump is asinine at best. So my question is this. For those that have cut...
Could your power loss be related to having clogged cats? The o2 sensors could be signaling that there is an issue downstream. The long drives could heat up the material in the cats and further exacerbating the clogged issue?
I keep looking at it and the lack of any dash warning light aside from the check engine light (O2 sensor issue that I have had for at least 6 month) is what is confusing me. Im not even getting the parking brake indicator lit up even though the parking brake is set. I also have no transmission...
That thought had crossed my mind or even junk in the tank. The gas station was also getting refilled (tanker filling up the tanks) while I was there.

I noticed that when I turn the key to the on position and...
This all pertains to a 2003 Yukon Denali XL
So yesterday I go and fill up my Yukon to head to a baseball game. After filling up I start driving towards the stadium and suddenly the truck stops responding to throttle inputs from me. I give it gas and it goes nowhere. It does that a couple...
I recently added an aftermarket receiver to my 03 Denali and with it I did an aftermarket XM unit too. Well I had been driving around with the XM antenna mount up under that dash like was suggested by some people. I was never really impressed with the XM coverage I got with it mounted there as...
After a year or so of trying to decide what to install in my truck I finally opted to go with the Pioneer AVH-X3500BHS. Now I went about this a different way than most installs as I left the head unit in place to use as a navigation system (2003 Denali xl non touchscreen navigation). While it...
Finally got around to installing my new Pioneer today. Put it where the remote CD changer was and left the factory radio in place to use as a Nav unit.
The lovely problem has been going on for the last couple days. I get the "stability system disabled" and reduced engine power message which makes the truck ever so fun to drive. The thing is it only happens at start up and only when the truck is warm. If I start the truck cold it is fine but...
There are a couple places that sell them but they are all around $300. The guy I bought my gray one from has sold them in the past on Ebay so checking there is your best bet to get one for a cheaper price.
I am trying to decide what to do with it and my interior. I may swap out all of my blackwood for the Escalade brown wood since I have tan interior. I have also considered getting an Escalade wheel and getting the brown wood hydro dipped blackwood. I will probably end up selling the one I just...
I received mine today too but since I am an idiot and now have a gray wheel to install in my Denali with tan interior it is still in its box. It is, however, a really nice looking wheel.
Just as the title states is the tan used in a Yukon Denali the same color tan used in an Escalade? Also has anybody swapped out their interior for that out of Escalade? I have a Denali and I am thinking about swapping my blackwood stuff out for the Escalade's wood trim. Has anybody done that...
