    Misrouted harness and subsequent wear. Look it up in recalls. In particular look near the alternator bracket. Do you ever get weird dashboard messages regarding brakes and cruise control and collision avoidance system? Should get some codes, but if the ECM has a power interruption, maybe not.

    This. I got an RST and quite satisfied, in spite of some out of service issues, bad camber geometry in the IRS and an oil leak that should be fixed (crosses fingers, touches wood). If I had paid $20k more, I'd be pissed! And our transmission kind of hunts unloaded, but rock solid when towing. Odd.

    Yeah, I've used mostly the cheap stuff, from Walmart and Menard's, but Peak is only $13 or $14 at Costco. Doesn't seem if DEF shows on the level indicator the quality sensor should have an issue.

    With a nice dangerous jerk. Getting on the lift was a pucker event... I found just gentle pressure on the gas pedal works, too, but you gotta kind of time it, getting off before it releases. Stupid design. #lastnewcar

    Hmmm. I tried hitting the park assist button (light goes out) and tried alert only in infotainment. Stupid truck still holds brake to keep me from backing onto my lift, making me press the accelerator to move, which is an accident waiting to happen.
