I saw a post on a Bolt forum where they soldered a SIM socket to the communication box, and also change some micro resistances to different positions https://www.chevybolt.org/threads/internet-without-onstar-with-any-4g-lte-sim-card.34865/ The diagram on the Tahoe would be different no doubt so...- chuculero
