Thanks, I'm pretty persistant and will eventually figure this out. I bought this one and never trust the person selling a used vehicle. Don't be distracted and take someone with you. Window channel nut thingamajig
I had to remove the bracket it is held in by 2 bolts not hard to get out but it's no picnic of a job. Once it was out I laid the bracket on a flat surface and put the nut in place yes it does go in from behind. I was able to use the punch to just snug up the nut in the bracket. Window channel nut thingamajig
I just worked on mine today. the nut was loose and the bracket was bent. I bent it back to what I thought was correct and with the help of my son put that nut in the square hole and with a punch crimped the nut back in. as long as it stays in place until you get the bolt started you should be...- muskymike3
