Got my vehicle back and the dealer said they couldn't identify the problem. They adjusted struts to see if they were the issue and then put them back.
On the way home no squeaks.
The dealer said that it could be an early sign of magna-ride failure but if they fixed it now it wouldn't be covered...
Took my 'Burb to the dealer this morning to address a squeaky sound that happens during road imperfections on the highway. Crossing my fingers that it means something needs to be lubed.
I echo the view that the winter fuel mix is likely the issue. I use Fuelio for my 'Burb and I've experienced a nearly 1 mpg drop since December over a tank.
Also I agree you should make sure you're getting the oil changed with high quality synthetic. It's good for fuel economy and for the engine.
I've got a 2017 Nissan Titan that has been all but trouble-free. Except for an internal vent locking that stops the left and right side temperature controls working I've had no issues with it. Great ride and perfect for a work truck.
We've had our 2020 Suburban for more than 3 years. It's...
If you can find one with adaptive cruise get it. We love it in our 2020. I don't know if I'd want to drive a vehicle this large and powerful without it. Helps tremendously with keeping the speed you plan without fear of getting distracted and creeping up into high priced ticketing territory.
Try an Apple Ipod Touch. Use it with an Apple HDMI adapter. You can put apps on to let you stream through the RSE. We prefer the NFL app and ESPN in the evening. And for the grandkids -- which is when we use RSE the most, we have downloaded a few movies that don't require data.
In any...
The main head unit has a setting to allow the HDMI input to connect to all speakers. The head phone jack works regardless of what setting for sound that the main head unit is set on.
Note that when in motion the main head unit won't show the picture of whatever is on the HDMI input but it...
I've noticed the same thing on my '20 Suburban. I pulled out of the garage at the airport and the headlights were on. It was 3 pm and a little over cast. It was bright enough that I needed to wear sunshades yet the headlights stayed on for more than an hour. I made it all the way home...
My 2020 requires me to be parked at the door before it responds to the opener. I use Ismartgate on my phone now and I can open and close the door easily and just roll in or out as needed.
I've got the 10 speed in my Suburban premier with the 6.2 engine. You'll love this transmission. Ours is relatively low mileage -- we use it mostly when the grandkids come to town.
Other than the roof rails which squeaked and the deployable passenger steps we haven't had an issue since we...
We have had a 2020 Suburban premier four 4 years and its been trouble free. We are on top of maintenance and have only had one warranty repair -- the deployable steps. The LS doesn't have those so you should be fine.
Are you sure your auto start/stop actually works? Many 21 and 22 Suburbans didn't include this feature along with adjustable peddles, and lumbar adjustments due to chip shortages. For the record I've not seen many vehicles that handle the stop start feature well.
In our other car we had to...
Have you tried setting it to the shortest gap? Works great for me. When I start closing in on the vehicle ahead I begin my plan to get in the left lane. Most of the time I only drop a mile or two in speed before I can get over. Much better than sharp braking and then rapid acceleration.
