Bypassing vapor canister hose (aka bane of my existence...)
Well.... The vapor hose bypass was successfull! Got 10ft (should've gotten 12) of 5/16 emissions hose and ran it all the way from the vapor canister to the canister purge valve. No check engine lights AND.... I can fill my gas tank in less than 5 mins. If you're dealing with this evap...- kspang85

Allllll right.... got everything smashed in there & hooked up. Started fine buy then threw a code for ...... Any guesses? Faulty canister purge valve! Shocker, I know.... I'm gonna give the next one a good shake first ;)- kspang85

Bypassing vapor canister hose (aka bane of my existence...)
I've tried "puffs" of air using my portable air compressor, the weed trimmer line, bottle feeding water down the hose, banging/rattling, detaching portions to try and remove the blockage. TODAY, I'm running 10 ft of 5/16 emission rated hose from the canister purge valve to the charcoal filter...- kspang85

Bypassing vapor canister hose (aka bane of my existence...)
08 Tahoe 5.3 flex, dropped the tank & was clearing the lines of charcoal. However, the metal preformed hose, vapor canister hose, (GM Part # 23171536) is completely clogged. I've attempted to clear it several different ways (w/o removing it) which looks like a HUGE PITA, and a new one it's at...- kspang85
