    I checked the trailer connector with a multimeter and the running lights blade registered voltage fine. No corrosion on both sides either. I did notice that the each front side marker light is on the same fuse as the rear running light. The fuse is good and the side marker light is working...

    Yes, it has the Max Tow package, with the OEM 7-pin connector.

    I checked each wire in the harness, and the green and yellow wires were showing zero voltage. I didn't have the backup light on, so it looks like the green wire is the culprit. So, now I know the problem is happening somewhere before the wiring harness. Not sure there is much else I can do...

    Thanks, I will try to check each wire with a multi-meter. I didn't think of swapping the left and right light assemblies. I can try that too.

In the assembly there appears to be the brake light LED, the running light LED, the turn signal, and the backup light (with a regular bulb).
