Thanks I know about most of the stuff you guys are speaking of. Iam just wondering how I go about purchasing one without being a Government/Fire agency etc. I know I can get them used But I kinda want new, the only time I'd get a used one is if I knew it was a detective or higher ranking...- SmokeEater
