    Battery or alternator?

    my 99 tahoe has a problem. It wouldn't turn over, so i jump started it. Ran it for a couple of hours, turned it off, and it wouldn't turn over again. A friend told me that since the dash indicator was showing normal when it was running it must be the battery. I'm not the most mechanical guy...

    starting off small with the tahoe =) Blacked out the chrome grille with plasti dip. was a little skeptical, but it turned out pretty sweet. Next step, bumpers.

    132k miles I plan on removing the chrome, looking for the larger fender flares for it. Actually looking to de-chrome the whole truck, and replace with black.

    last thing i modded was a 74 cuda about 20 years ago lol. i think ima just start with adding some larger tires once i figure out how big i can go without a lift. I love the stock rims, may look into getting em painted Black. Maybe a 3" lift at the end of the summer, depending on if i can...
