Ahh I understand. The aftermarket performance parts will slightly increase performance however the way to take full advantage of them is to get a tune. Okay, thanks man I appreciate the help.

    Another newbie intake question

Understood. So if I was to buy the intake now and wait until next summer to do the BB tune would it hurt? Or should I just wait until the tune and do all the upgrades at once?

    Another newbie intake question

So Ive been looking into purchasing a cai for awhile now. Ive seen different brands like k&n, airaid, spectra.. (excuse any spelling errors) but this is all foreign language to me. Like anything else, there are a multitude of mixed opinions of all these different brands. Also, ive seen some say...

    New Shoes for the Hoe

I finally scrounged up the change to buy my much needed tires. Went ahead and upgraded to 17's due to the fact that my dads 3/4 ton dodge runs 17's and were running the same size tires. (285/70/17) That way when he upgrades to true 35's ill get his 'not so old' terra grapplers. Anywho, the terra...

I've read around on multiple different threads before writing this up so i could learn a little bit about what i'm trying to do. So i have a 01 tahoe lt 4x4 and I like to play in the mud from time to time, but this is still my everyday driver. Therefore i thought leveling the truck and adding a...

    03 Tahoe.. with Towing Mirrors!!

I know this is off topic but, i noticed your 3 inch lift using keys and blocks. How is your ride having your keys torqued up that much? I am going to level my tahoe soon and i like the look of 35's but i heard torquing up that high really stiffens up your ride and you run the risk of snapping...

    01 HOE roofrack question

Ahhh okay I see what your saying now! So if my rivnuts are hallow, I should look to fill them with silicone and set screws. But if they arent hallow, I can remove the factory bolts and leave it how it is? With no fear of water leaking in?

    01 HOE roofrack question
