I may have Sams club do mine. They do a great job and you are out of there quickly if you are there when they open in the morning. They sell the same battery...
Post your video here when you make it.....

Yea I wanted to get the battery from Sams too. But my local club didn’t have any in stock. It was like $50 less too compared to Batteries Plus where I got mine.

I actually meant in your truck, do you have a new battery in your truck?
Yes, one of the 1st things I did was put in a brand-new battery as my experience has been ~5yr life spans for my 2004 Cadillac SRX and 2011 CTS. I wanted to start the clock fresh on this used Yukon purchase because who knows about previous battery and so I can be extra alert in year 4-5.

Decided to replace the battery. It was the original battery from made in April 2020. Yikes.

Had the battery place test it and it came up as a bad battery. Hopefully that was all that was causing the issues.

Put a new Duracell Platinum 94R AGM in. Went in easy, fit like OEM. Started up and went for a drive. No errors on shut down. Will try a few more drives over the next few days.
Great move on going with an AGM! That's the only way to go on these newer trucks.

Yes I see. It. should be fine after you reconnect the car battery.
I have a 2023 xl Denali.
Due ro stuff i have every so often when GM tries to send updates my truck goes dead. The first sign is the foot boards don't deploy. Just keep an 8mil socket in the truck undo the negative and wait 30 seconds. This erases any code in the computer. as i said not the trucks fault it the anti theft stuff i have. I can kill the truck anywhere when it stops moving for 10 seconds. It's worth the trouble. IMO

up my '21 YUKON SLT XL was giving me a 'no key' message, same thing happened to my Daughter in her Lincoln. I replace battery with Walmart's best battery and all that BS stopped. Great advice from the pro's here on TYF.com & everyday users. Thx. I put 'check Yuke' battery on annual reminder in my phone.

Believe it or not, the OEM battery was also an AGM, I was surprised. But yea, I put another AGM in as well.

Strange you shouldn't have to do that. Maybe check your battery, i know yours is a 2023, but who knows maybe its bad. Also 10mm is the neg battery cable for clarification. I've put a nut driver in the glove box...just in case.

Right on! Good idea to check the battery on a yearly schedule, can't hurt I guess.

On a side note, IDK how much stock this holds, but I purchased a couple of Faraday pouches for the key fobs to be stored in when they aren't being used in the truck. I ready somewhere that if the key fobs are within a certain distance of the truck, it will continually "check in" with them, and that could cause some parasitic drain. We store the fob within about 10' of the truck, just inside the door to the garage. Again, dunno how true that actually is, but the Faraday pouches were cheap, and it blocks the key fob from communicating with the truck when it's parked and not in use in the garage.

These are the ones I bought. https://amzn.to/4fK6GwD
