Problems After Replacing Fuel pump in 03 Tahoe Z71
FIgured out the check engine light as I had broken off a nipple from the Evap Canister when removing the tank. What is strange is it seems that the Gas Guage is going backward. Moves to Empty when I fill it up and the guage moves to full as the tank empties. Any Ideas?- TahoeDummy

It was a new BOSCH pump. The gauge has moved since but it is never accurate.- TahoeDummy

Problems After Replacing Fuel pump in 03 Tahoe Z71
Hello, a few weeks ago I replaced the fuel pump in my wife's 03 Tahoe. Once complete I found that the gas gauge was showing a full tank (I assure you it was not full when I put it back in) and now the Check engine light is on due to an Evap code.(can't remenber the exact one.
