Tapping into factory remote start to create push to start button?
I've always thought it'd be fun to have a truck with Push to Start switches, similar to this. What would the best way be to go about doing this in a new model Tahoe equipped with factory remote start? Seems like it should be easy to wire into whatever module is used to start the truck...- AggiePhil

Console Safe by Lock'er Down
Find me another small pistol safe that has a simplex lock (tactile operation, no light or sight required) that'll fit in a console and I'll be all over it. So far, the V-Line Compact is the only one I've found. -

I recommend and use lock boxes with simplex push button locks for gun storage. It is not feasible to think you'll be able to access a key lock safe under stress. So you either leave it unlocked or you leave the key in it, neither of which is a good option. I use the V-Line Compact box, shown... -
