Power Folding Mirrors

Hey All,

I have a 2011 Tahoe LS -- I would like to add power folding mirrors to it.

1) Where can I purchase power folding mirrors for the hoe?
2) Could I hook it up so that I can fold them with a switch rather then them folding automatically?

I think converting LS is much like it was for my LT2. That being said you need to purchase (2) DL3 mirrors (power folding/signal/heated). You also need to buy a driver's door window switch for that has switch for folding feature.

Now you have two options. Your passenger door window switch either (1) needs to be programmed for the power folding otherwise features will not work (your windows will not go down) (2) Find a passenger window switch out of a vehicle that came with power fold option from factory.

I bought all my items off ebay and it was no where close to the cost of new from dealer. I bought a new passenger window switch because I heard dealers are a pain in the ass when you need TECH2 programming.

Anyone with an LS chime in if you can, as I am not positive about the LS window switches.

Anyone know if the basic black pebble finish mirrors are available with the power folding option? I've seen the paint-to-match ones but I prefer to stick with the basic ones that look like this.

Also, if you decide to buy a new passenger door switch (about how much did you pay for yours?), is there an easy way to ensure it came off a vehicle with the power folding option?
