Newbie needs help!!!!

Newbie needs help!!!!
Just picked up a 04 with 24's on it and a 2/4 lowering kit mcgaughys...having major rubbing issues really like the look but drive a ton of miles and these tires are getting eat up not sure how the heck they were driving it before I got it.
