Just bought the 93 K1500 Blazer with the intent of holding onto it for as long as possible. I fully expected to repair/replace all the 20 year old bits and pieces to keep it roadworthy another 20 years.
I've always liked the sawblades that came on my Blazer and plan to keep them, but a neighbor has those on her black Suburban and I've been thinking about picking up a set. Seeing this shot, I think I am going to need to do that :)
Thanks again... I'm gonna post a thread after I make some headway a lot is still up in the air yet.
So far, it's getting 285/75r16 Falken WildPeak A/T all around including one on a TAG Multicarrier rear bumper w/spare tire attachment... most likely get the matching front bumper w/o the winch...
First off, do you guys consider a 93 K1500 Blazer in the same light as a 2 door Tahoe? It's a GMT400 just the same right?
If so, I'm liking what I'm hearing here. I'm buying one for $1200
Did you install the keys yet? I'm looking to lower a 93 K1500 Blazer with keys and shackles.
What did bottoming out the front do to ride quality? I've heard maxing them out for lift can make for a real harsh ride, but haven't found any mentions of ride quality after lowering.
