A 98 Tahoe 4 Dr , 4wd with 170 k miles on it , its in good to fair condition guy is asking 3800 , but cash on hand talks , any suggestions? , as fas as what to look for , or what to expect with a high mileage vehicle like this one ? its black by the way ....Thanks in advance .- jruba
