    Please help .22" tires but 16" spare

    posted in wrong area first time so i re-posted here ....... I have a flat and was wondering if since the 2004 escalade is all wheel drive - can i use a different size spare ? tire shop is 35 miles from my house. tire sizes = 285/45 R22 spare = 245/75 R16 please help
