Please help .22" tires but 16" spare

Eek, the spare is 1.63" smaller in diameter ... that's actually a significant difference which equates in about 34 revolutions per minute more for the spare.
All these AWD vehicles have a built in tolerance on how much variation there can be from wheel to wheel, I just don't know what it is ... but I'm pretty sure the dash will light up like a christmas tree and the truck will go into reduced power before you can damage the differentials. Pretty sure, not 100% sure.

tire shop is 35 miles from my house.

285/45 R22
spare =
245/75 R16

Generally speaking, large variances in tire size will harm the differentials. I'm no expert so I won't say you can drive to the tire shop w/ no problems, however, if you have no other options then go slow and keep an ear out for funny noises.

you Should be fine if you just limp it along to the shop!! Is it a major Blowout or are you able to use a patch kit to get you to the shop. The type where you ream the whole out and use lube and punch a sticky rubber strip into the hole and seals it up while your driving it heats up and actually could seal it for life/
