All good info - may be more in depth than my mechanical skills. I may have to take to a mechanic and see if he can isolate it for me and determine what I am looking at for costs - Just trying to eliminate some of the easier/cheaper finds prior to going to a mechanic. I am new to the Kon and Hoe forum and have already gotten some great information. However, I have a problem with my 2000 Yukon (5.3) that I have not figured out. I get a Service engine light only when it idles longer than three minutes. After about 5 minutes it flashes. Stops flashing as soon...- YukonCO
