So the final episode in this weekend's saga. here are all of the losses. 3/8 flex head ratchet. 3/8 8mm socket, #8 lifter and the cam. The timing chain tensioner should have been changed anyway but it snapped when I tried to lock it in place.

As you can see the roller stopped for some reason. it didn't spin as far as I know.

Always synthetic 5w-30, Always changed before 15%. Dealer maintained until 60k. I bought at 86k and now has 170k. I haven't disassembled yet as the wife is deciding how much I can spend on the repairs. I will post up more on the upcoming weekend as I hope to have all of the parts by then.

I know it has been a long time since I posted in here but with finding my lifter broke and camshaft worn down I figured that I would see if anyone else has seen this.

The two pieces that are circled. They both have buttons in them. One for the hatch glass and the other to open the hatch itself. I was also hoping yours was all black as well.

It going to be a pita to get it off. Mine broke off a few years back and was making noise. It took me over a month to figure it out. The head of it was rusted to the sway bar. So stopped on level ground looked like nothing was wrong.
