    Yes, you can. If the 8th digit/letter in your VIN is a, "Z", then you can also run E85. "Z" is the L59 5.3L flex fuel engine option.     I pulled my engine, & transmission out through the front top. I didn't do it from the bottom. I was just asking if I can drop in my engine, transmission, & transfer case together as a single unit through the front on top? Thanks!

    I wish I had the '03 steering wheel in my '02, otherwise they're pretty much the same trucks. '99-'06 = same body style, but '99-'02 interior differ from '03 and up. :-)
