Squeaking/whistle like noise when turning?
Sounds similar Viking. I've been listening to when it happens--seems like it's connected to the AC. More pronounced when it's on. Also, I think moisture in the air makes it louder too. Has to be a belt, but they all look fine. Tensioner?- BU-Z71

2013 Yukon Denali w/ 30k miles
Thanks for the input all. Price seems reasonable: $42; plus a trade in on my Tahoe ($3) - so looking $39 off the lot. Still would need to do taxes and all. I hear you on the technology side of it vs the 15/16s--I am used to driving an '03, so a '13 is light years ahead of what I'm accustomed to.- BU-Z71

Wasn't paying attention. I edited it above. Only when I turn left and when moving. Doesn't really do it when at a full stop.- BU-Z71

Squeaking/whistle like noise when turning?
Anyone have a squeaking or whistle type noise when turning to the left? Doesn't really do it when turning right. I've checked the belts and they seem ok. Maybe one is a little loose, but it seems odd. Only does it when I'm making a left -- while moving. Doesn't do it when I'm just sitting there...- BU-Z71

Anyone swap out LED's in all the switches and accent lights?
Where did you get that cluster? Looks great. I'm looking to make some mods/upgrades on my '03Z71 -- got ~215 on it and I've decided to make upgrades vs buying a new one. -

After I posted I started calling some places where I live. One place that has gotten a lot of reviews would do a whole engine swap out (crate) as well as the water pump and clean out the radiator for under $10k--so much less than I had originally thought. I could then put the additional savings toward other uses vs a depreciating item as I drive it off the lot -- the body/interior is in great shape, so I'm leaning toward the engine remodel.
