So flat tappet block to a roller cam with all the vortex stuff??
What I mean is I have a 90 c1500 350 block that had the TBI can I pull the cam put the roller cam and lifters and vortec heads crank pistons and rods in the older block I have a budget of like none and this way I get new bearings and gaskets and rings instead of buying a long block somewhere- Fordkidwithayukon

Well as the name States I'm a ford guy sorry lol. But I have a 99 GMC Yukon with the 350 vortex so to get to the point I cracked the block forgot that I only had water in the cooling system. OK so I have a 90s TBI block that's a flat tappet style cam block code 10054727 now what I need to know...- Fordkidwithayukon
