    Not a lot of people have heard of these Dayton ultimax subwoofers but they are good for sound quality and hitting lows. They are fairly cheap too compared to the price tag of JLs or something. I'd go for a couple of these 12s if you are trying to downgrade a little

    Warm/hot buttons, is it normal?

    I have an 06 tahoe LT and I noticed the buttons on the steering wheel and the ac control screen get very warm to the touch after driving for about 30 to 45 minutes. Is this normal? Is it something I should worry about? I can't find any info on any other threads

    It's a sealed box, after researching the parameters on the sub I found out they do better in sealed enclosures. This one is 9.7 cubic feet with an f3 of 26 Hz.

    UPDATE: Got the new radiator in and flushed the coolant. Everything went very smooth and only took about an hour. Saved myself about 125 bucks doing it myself. The new radiator actually has a drain plug where as my old one didn't which made things very messy. The old radiator had about a 3 inch...

    Yea should be pretty easy, any recommendations? I'm trying to find an all aluminum radiator to get away from those plastic end tanks where it cracked. Or should I just get one of the cheap lifetime radiators?

    Good news! Leak is coming from the radiator. Reading about the castech heads had me worried. Anyone know of any good aftermarket or better than stock radiators?

    Just use a line output converter off of a door speaker, I believe you can tap into the door speaker wires under the center console where the stock amp is.
