Vibration issue
The tires on it are completely screwed. I know for a fact I need new inner and outer tie rods on the passenger side as well as the idler arm. Overheating and no heat
If you're overheating but not getting any heat in the cabin I would check your heater core. I had a stoppage in my s10 that caused it to overheat but not blow hot air because no coolant could enter the heater core, and no coolant in the heater core meant no circulation, meaning the truck...- Jeremiah Parks

Vibration issue
So I've browsed through the forum a bit and found quite a bit about this issue, but I haven't seen any that has to do with the steering linkage?
