I have been wanting to do a 3/5 on my 04 burban but I wasn't too sure of the whole process. Don't you have to put the axle on top of the leaf springs? Is it spindles and keys for the front or just spindles?
My problem is that my driver side heat only blows cold. The heat works everywhere else, and the air blows cold out of the drivers side. I have had this problem for about a year, I researched it before and I knew it was an actuator but I'm still not sure which one it is. Any help with this...
Checking around on here to see what I want to do to my 04 burban next. Got a lot of ideas now I need to find the time and the ability. Maybe want to do a 3/5 drop on it. Has anyone else done this to a suburban? Any suggestion on how and what to use?

Pioneer AVIC series. Not too cheap but definitely worth it. Hardrive NAV/DVD/CD/MP3/Ipod interface/etc.... Double DIN touchscreen. I could go on forever. I have one of the first ones and I love it. I recently installed a z120bt for my buddy and it is awesome and I am getting one soon...
I have wanted one of these for about a year now for my 3 tv's and existing directv subscription but that was always the problem. Coming off that much money. Would love to, but too steep for me right now. If it falls off while you are driving sometime let me know and I will pick it up for you...
Great write up. I am definitely going to do this now. Couple questions though. Is this the same setup as a say 3/5? Also, how is your ride now? Is it close to stock?
Ordered MB Quart DSH 216 components for the front and MB Quart DKH 116 coaxials for the rear. Now just can't wait for them to get here so I can get them in.
Played with the settings on my AVIC-Z1 to see how far I could push the stock speakers since I am getting new ones.
