How to install a New head unit?

Would i be able to easily instal this and how? and what else would i need with it to get its maximum performance?

yes, a flip out screen is easily do-able, word of advice tho...look at a more reputable brand, Pioneer, Clarion, JVC, Alpine, etc.

Never been too impressed with BOSS...

DUAL seems to make some decent stuff, you can check them out at best buy, but i myself love my pioneer 4200dvd

Pioneer AVIC series. Not too cheap but definitely worth it. Hardrive NAV/DVD/CD/MP3/Ipod interface/etc.... Double DIN touchscreen. I could go on forever. I have one of the first ones and I love it. I recently installed a z120bt for my buddy and it is awesome and I am getting one soon. Worth the investment.
