Both my cables appear to be in good condition and the battery is still under warranty. Were your cables in bad shape when you swapped them out? Just curious. I’m going to add another ground either way.

This just happened to me on my 2015 LTZ with just under 110k. I’ve seen all of those plus service driver assist. Gonna do the same, cheers to you.

I’m looking at motofab level kits for my 2015 LTZ. I only want a front kit as I just want to even out the front with the rear height so I’m thinking a 2” will suffice.
My question is what is the difference between the two level kits in the screenshot below?

The problem is that the law enforcement has been cracking down on shops who have typically been lenient with illegal tint. I ran around like a chicken with my head cut off looking for a shop that would take the risk on me. I’m leaving my tint as is unless this shop goes out of business in the...
TL;DR at the bottom.
Currently running what I thought was 20% tint on my front two windows. Went to the shop I always go to (for the past 8 years, even though it’s 65 miles from home) to get my inspection done per usual. Turns out they denied me for my tint which was never an issue before. So...
Well after two weeks, 8 new spark plugs, new head gasket, and a new lifter, I’m finally driving my truck again. Boy have I missed the sound of that thing cranking up...

So the mechanic I have looking at the Tahoe currently has replaced all the spark plugs and the problem continued. He says that he thinks one of the injectors stays open. I’m thinking about taking it to the dealer considering I’m still under powertrain warranty. Any thoughts/insight would be...
Got the codes check out.
Check engine light reveals P0300 ( engine misfire detected) p050d-00 (cold start rough idle).
Shop said a tune up “should” fix it. This tune up is $650 so I don’t feel very comfortable paying that only for it to not be fixed. Anyone have any input?
I’m gonna take it...
96,xxx miles. A/C was on, I gassed it around slower moving traffic and after that it started acting up. Have not checked plugs or wires and do not have a scan tool.

Today my 2015 Tahoe started shaking like nobodies business at idle and the exhaust note got significantly louder. A lot more “rumble” to it. Any idea what this could be? No check engine light yet but my gut tells me it’s about to come on any minute. I do have a magnaflow muffler as well as a...
Got a much needed wash & polish yesterday. Nothing like the shine from black paint even though it doesn’t last as long as I’d like it to [emoji23]

Got a Magnaflow 11229 & stainless steel tip installed. They deleted the butterfly valve as well. I went ahead and bought the Range AFM Disabler to go with it. Sounds much better with the range installed, no drone. Here is a start up clip. The reason I say semi-cold start was because it sat for...
Done a few things in the last year that I’ve owned the truck. Tint was the first thing done, 20% on front. I had a post a while back about that. Then I added a K&N CAI. Had a few issues with that, the tube cracked where the MAF connects. Replacement parts are here today and will be on soon...
65k on my 2015 LTZ Hoe, no a/c issues so far. Only the suspension issue i mentioned earlier which was completely my fault and could’ve been avoided (didn’t see a huge dip in the grass and was maybe going a little quicker than i should’ve).
Just had to replace my front struts. The absorbers went out and the front end was like sitting in a slammed Honda Civic. Damn near threw me out of my seat going over a bridge on the highway. $1800 later i have a smooth ride again.
