    Got it figured out. For anyone else that needs to use equalizers in the future, they go on the brake light harness (3 wires - Black, Brown, Blue) and attach between the Black (ground) and the Blue (brake). The Brown wire is for the marker light. Fixed my cruise control and fast flash...
