Intake manifold repair help.
I want to clarify that when I said to tighten the lower intake bolts I meant to use a ratchet till it feels tight and then add a 1/8 turn. If you are replacing the bolts as you should. the reason not to use the old bolts is because the bolts stretch when they are torqued. I bought the felpro...- wolfeman2120

looks like your doing the lower intake, my advice on the lower intake bolts is just to hand tighten them and give them an 1/8th of a turn once they tighten up. I've broken a couple in the head before. they are just aluminium and can snap pretty easily. As for the distributor, you don't...- wolfeman2120

Hey all, I had my pump die a few years ago and it seems it died again. The first time i did it the lock ring didn't make a tight seal as the metal ring on the gas tank its self was pretty rusted.
