Skip the leaking struts and once it is repaired then trade it on a new one. Your lucky they are helping with any of it.
While it is a major repair, it could always be worse.

I did not take any photos, I also did not remove the bumper and headlights, I flipped up the core support bar and tilted the radiator back to allow the condenser to pull up and out.
Evacuated and Recharged the AC today, since I spent yesterday afternoon buying a new condenser.
Oreilly's had a Murray condenser in stock for $150
One bottle of 46 wt to pour an ounce and a half in the new condenser. $9
3 cans of R134 $15
4 hours labor. It's not really a big deal at...
No pics but our local dealer has a white diamond high country with black interior. It’s gorgeous. Sticker price $79
It’s the first one I have laid eyes on.

Trade it in before the warranty runs out. They should give you top dollar for it since it’s always been dealer serviced and they know the vehicle.
Lots of repairs is not a lemon. A lemon is when the same problem keeps reoccurring or can’t be solved.

I was locking our dog in our running Denail and the alarm kept going off. I finally realized that our rig has a motion sensor in it and Harvey was setting it off.
I have had a 1997, 2003, 2010, 2012 and now a 2015 Each one was better the the previous and the 2015 is WAY better in almost every way, with the exception of mechanical simplicity.
I wouldn't be worried about the miles, but not being able to see it in person and take it for a test drive would scare me more. They always look better in the pics than in person.
That looks like a nice clean used Tahoe. If it checks all the boxes for you, go get it. drive if for a few years and trade it in on a 2022 model. I went from a really nice '12 to a 2015 and love that decision every time I climb in the seat.
I would start looking now and find the exact one you want and make a deal with them at the end of the month. If you wait too long you might save a few bucks, but have to settle for one that might not check all the boxes.
