    I took a couple of videos of the bottom tensioner pulley and it is moving/vibrating a lot. Is this normal? What is wrong?

    Well recently, we had repairs done to the radiator because it was leaking, but I don't think it is causing the problem now. Radiator seems to be good since fixing it. Check engine light has been on for some time. I will check the intake connections as soon as I can today and will get back.
