    Yea it’s a 2000. I can get to the programming screen on the tech2 but it’s just a function screen. It doesn’t show that it’s entering a program mode or anything. And I’ve followed the procedure to the T countless times. I wonder if there’s a fuse pulled or something but I’m unsure.

    Looks decent, but for 125 bucks I got the vixdiag for GM on amazon, it runs tech2 on it. A lot of diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities on it.

    this is what I ended up buying. It states on their website that I works on windows 8, but I have windows 10. I did some research and found people were able to download it using windows 10 by disabling windows defender. I’m looking around on here for anyone who’s done it and has any notes.
