Well been home from Deployment about 3 months and finally got everything to do my mild lift on the Tahoe. I'm happy how it turned out:)
3" Spindle, 2" spacers, crank virtually stock, still messing to get it level. Im at about 39 to 39 1/2 on all 4. 285's on OEM Sierra Wheels
Sorry...
Yes Brandon has been quite the help:Handshake:
For the most part this is what I think Im going with, most likely minus the body lift for now. Here is what I think I need.
1-3" keys ebay or whatever
Skyjacker Suspensions C40R (6" lift coil...
Looking around I don't think I need a 3" body lift. I have heard that the Zone 1.5" BL for the 1/2 ton truck fits is this correct? If I run 3" spindles, Keys, 2" spacers and the 1.5" body lift I should be fine for 35x12.50's correct?
I plan on getting the 3" suspension max spindle lift, keys, spacers and a 3" body lift on my 2wd 2002 Tahoe. Im lost on how this wheel backspacing etc works. Is offset and backspacing the same thing? Will a 17x9 with 5 inch backspacing and 0 offset work with this lift.
Also would I be...
Oh sorry that reads wrong, I mean either lift should be around 1000$ that I have listed? I know a full drop be more. Wasnt factoring in price of tires and wheels.
Got this quote from performancelifts:
FTS1599-7 Fabtech 3" Lift Spindle
FTS1599-1 Fabtech 3" Rear Lift Spacer Kit...
Still debating on how to lift the Hoe. 2002 2wd.
A) Keys, 2"spacers, 3" PA BL
B) 4" spindles with ford keys and 6" coils in rear
c) Something different
Wondering what the difference would be. Looking to clear 35's, maybe 37's down the road. Plan on running 17x9 Classic locks...
I know I dont have much to show you except two pics I was sent via phone.
Back story, I've been wanting to get rid of my 22's for 17's or 18's and lift the tahoe (2002 2wd) I found a guy with a craigslist add about 40 min from me that wants to trade his 20's for 22's.
Not what I...
Should I look for some stockers, or just go aftermaket wheels? I am assuming I will need shocks too, and what brand you recomend for the spindle kit, or does it really matter?
Hey guys and gals! New to the forum. I have a 2002 2wd Tahoe that I have had for a couple years, was going to sell and get something else but decided to go ahead and keep her. Right now its on 22's that were on it when I bought it. I desperatley want to get rid of them and go with 35's...
