Can one assume that being independently balanced that when installing orientation/alignment is a non-issue. Just remove the old and install the new without worrying about the new driveshaft being off ?

Thanks everyone for the replys. I did start to look around and the ground in the picture below Driver's Side Rear has broken so I will get that taken care of in the next few days. What I did notice this evening is with the key in the "On" position and the left turn signal actuated it blinks...

Have a 99 K1500 4WD since it was new. Put in a new factory motor, rebuilt transmission and transfer case at 240k and now at 350k pretty much all highway miles and hauling kids around from football team I coached for 7 years.
