Bought a replacement set of rear lines. When the rearend was replaced the mechanic must've broke one and neglected to tell me. He replaced it with a stock rubber brake line. That's just unacceptable. Didn't even tell me he broke mine. View attachment 448765
Another fine mechanic you hired? You seem to have he worst luck with them. Hope you can get it sorted out @Tonyrodz !

Yup. I'll never go to him again.
Wait, so what was the problem? The rear brake lines weren't even the right ones?

But that photo of the brake fluid looks like a metal line?
Correct, the fluid is coming from the hard line but I figured since I had to mess with that side I might as well replace that line. It originally had the aftermarket braided line I had installed but the moron must've not disconnected it before dropping the rearend and broke it. He replaced with a rubber line without even telling me--that's what I'm really mad about. Accidents happen, but he must've thought I'd never notice it.
