    A bad BCM can cause very random and intermittent problems though my experience with a bad BCM didn’t cause any of the symptoms that the OP described. I’ve used Highway 71 for a programmed BCM and was satisfied with what they sent me. I agree that it seems like a connection problem.

    It’s questionable if you have a valid contract if GM hasn’t accepted the order. They can’t keep the deposit if you don’t have a valid contract.

    GM quality under the leadership (or lack of) of CEO, Mary Barra, has been on a continual downhill slide. I don’t see that getting any better going forward as they add more software driven features and electric cars.
