    Transmission appears to work fine but it's grinding when slowing down or taking off. The noise goes away above 10mph. Seems like it's the AWD component that's failing? It cannot coast, something is strongly rubbing and it slows down. 2007 Denali with 200K miles

    what does "$6h" mean? I am not 100% sure it's the flex plate that's damaged, could very well be the starter. Because the problem started after the starter swap.
