Your opinion please :) What is the largest and most aggressive rim/tire/offset combination with stock OEM suspension? 2005 Denali XL 1500

I would love to hear everyone's opinion and technical knowledge on what I can get away with on a 2005 Yukon Denali XL 1500. Right now I am running the base 17" rims and all-season tires. The paint is mint, white and blackout tint and black rims and stock air ride suspension. I guess it is a 2...

2005 Denali XL Speakers from Crutchfield won't work?

OK... now we have gone into the weird zone. All power to the passenger side is dead. The window controls dont work, the LED indicator on the sideview mirror doesn't work. And the speaker doesn't work. Now, I know for sure they have nothing to do with eachother everything is connected no damage...

2005 Denali XL Speakers from Crutchfield won't work?

I know the original Bose speakers in the front Driver and Passenger were 2ohms but Crutchfield sent me my 2nd set of speakers (1st didnt fit) and they are JVC's and 4 OHMS and it doesn't even want to work. Is it possible to update the speakers with the OEM system or will this prevent replacement?

What is the largest offset (outward) & AT tire for stock suspension on 2005 Denali XL

I am looking for a more aggressive look, I dont really care about mileage what would be the largest tire I can get on the stock rims on a 2005 Denali XL?? And any suggestions as to a nice rim size and wheel size and offset (I do like them to flair a bit out) for the rig? I kinda like smaller...

    Engine hours

Agreed... it means lower hours for more miles or thqt if you have your mileage at 150k and half the hours, your engine has run HALF the time... PERIOD.

    Engine hours

Sorry.. depending on your math... If you do Miles/Hours then the higher the number, the better.

    Engine hours

I have a 2005 with 130,000 miles and i know it was a long-distance vehicle in the past, it only has 1900 Hours on the engine... The industry average is 35 X Hours = Mileage if you are lower, less wear and tear on engine vehicle was more highway miles less startups, less idle time. Higher Ratio...

2005 Yukon Whine Noise Associated with Tach Speed - HELP!!

Ok... I have a brand new PS pump which was replaced. YES the old one was bad and nearly took out the system. However, the new one is in, the system flushed 3 times and all bearings and (with the exception of the AC compressor) all tensioners and bearings and belts have been replaced. The sound...

2005 Yukon Whine Noise Associated with Tach Speed - HELP!!

The AC tensioner did make some noise so I replaced it but it was not the whine. The mechanic put a scope on all the bearings and pullys and could not find the noise. Uggghhhh

2005 Yukon Whine Noise Associated with Tach Speed - HELP!!

I am not happy. I thought I did my due diligence and recently got a low mileage 6.0 Yukon Denali XL. The engine seems solid as a rock, the transmission seems in good condition also. When I got it, I noticed a drone or w whine at about 1200-2000 RPM. I am going on a long trip and took it to a...
