No, but for prior years I've seen
- 2022 Main Bearing Cap Bolt Defect, i.e. bad torque on the bolts, misaligns the crankshaft
- 19-23 Oil Pump Defect, i.e. bad tranny-oil gears, bad oil pressure, bad lifter activation
Good News - It is Now Possible
Bad News - You probably don't want to
- Lifters are failing from parts outside DFM
- It voids the warranty
- Requires 20+ hours from a "very" experienced mechanic who can spot other defects that might be in the motor

Update! Sound Narrowed Down to Two Parts in the Exhaust Line
1. Flapper Squeak (easy fix, see below).
- Locking the flapper open stopped the very-high squeak on my 23 Yukon 6.2L L87.
- First check if your flapper squeaks by quickly rotating it (hot part, wear gloves)

More people need to know about this bulletin, GM has not notified any owners. My block failed at 29K.

Most states require the vehicle in the shop for 30 days to be eligible for lemon law.
I just went through this, full block replacement at 29K miles. Total time in the shop was 3.5 weeks, 2.5 block backorder wait, 1 week repair time.
I think more 2023 L87 folks should be aware that a bulletin...
My brand new 23 Yukon Denali Ultimate has this sound. Asked about it on the lot, they said they all do that under 1500 RPM. Slightly jerky 2nd gear on acceleration too (pedal 30-40% down). Will poke around, sounds more like exhaust system than belts to me.
