Front differential repair in Charlotte NC

Anyone have a suggestion for someone in the Charlotte NC area to repair a noisy front differential on a 2005 Denali? Parks Chevrolet is nearby, quoted me close to $2K to replace with a rebuilt unit. Any independent shops that will actually rebuild it? Thanks! John
