Help with Rust Preventative Underneath

2022 Chevy Tahoe Z71 with rust
So I have a 2022 Chevy Tahoe Z71 with rust in the frame. Looks horrible truck only has 4,000 miles on it. I live in Texas this truck has not seen snow or ice.
