underhood fuse box

Does the underhood junction box (fuse box) reprogramming for it to function.
My Tahoe wouldn't start. It would crank, but not start or crank, and then signal "low engine power" in the display. Replaced ignition switch, didn't fix it. Pulled fuse 5 in the underhood junction box, cleaned up the fuse plug and the fuse legs and problem solved. Except now, I am concerned...- redandgearhead
