How mild of a lift? Could be a combo of the lift us tires that's causing the mpgs. How's your front end alignment?

Heavy duty rear coil springs that gave about 2” in height, front keys are cranked as well. Alignment was checked when I got new tires, and was in spec, no weird toe or anything and it doesn’t pull.
