Recently had my red dash break light come on steady. When the parking break is set the light flashes so I don't think it is related to the position of the parking break pedal. My parking break pads or whatever is in side of the disk hub are warn to to point of no parking break resistance to rolling when set.

No break warning information on the user information screen and no ABS light. Most of the things I can find online seem related to both the break and ABS lights being lit and seem to indicate a soldering problem in the ABS unit.

My break fluid is full, if not slightly over the max line, could the vehicle sense this?

No the pcm won't sense the brake fluid over filled. But you may want to check the fluid level sensor in your reservoir though. It may have given up.

You can unplug it and check the resistance of the brake fluid level switch.

Looks like you are correct. I unplugged the sensor on the master cylinder reservoir and the dash light went out.

Thanks
