The noise is outside of the cabin, I used to install stereo's back in the day and wish it was that simple.
Played with the filter sensor at the air box and nothing changed, was hoping it might be that too. Noticed while I was in there that the accordion tubing after the mass air was all kinked in on the bottom side...straightened that all out and am hoping maybe it was that simple (lol). It's 15 here in Chicago so I'll check it when I leave work tonight.
