My 2002 Denali 143k miles, has an annoying squeak when turning left,
Does not do it when I turn right!
Even a light move to left in steering wheel it does it!
Any maintance I need to do? greasing up I can do?
Any help would be great thanks!

Try greasing ALL zerk fittings on your steering components:
pitman arm
idler arm
idler arm bracket
inner tie rods
outer tie rods

If it continues to squeak, you might just have worn steering components that need to be replaced. My '05 was starting to show some slop at 120k, so I'm sure if yours have never been replaced they could definitely be the source of the squeak.
