So I took it out and washed the undercarriage. There was mud by the driveshaft so maybe it was that. All bushings look good. Front and back. As well as control arm bushings. Don’t see leaks from the motor mounts. Noise has seem to have subsided

The water probably acted as a lube for the clunky parts. If / when the noise comes back verify shocks are tightened on both ends and push on the front and rear drive shafts for play.

Still nothing no noise yet. but will keep an eye on it. How do you verify the shocks are tightened

Put a socket on the bolts and twisty it. Then grab it like Chuck Norris and verify there’s no excessive play up top on the strut bushings.

And is that just the rear shock? Is there shocks in front or just struts ? There’s springs and shocks in the rear I know that.
be aware the rear abs sensor connector sits right there on top of the frame where you would stick a socket to tighten/remove the upper shock bolt
people often inadvertently knock it loose and end up with a abs error afterwards.
